Information that your browser sends such as your devices IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our website, pages of our website that you visit, time spent on those pages, information you search for on our website, access times and dates and other statistics is automatically recorded when you visit The Website.

WFS does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any information collected.

We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, members, and service providers solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We may disclose your personal information to a third-party, including a lawyer or collection agency, when necessary to administer our terms of service or any other agreement between you and WFS.

We may provide your information to any successor in case of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets and/or business.

We may be obliged to disclose your information when legally compelled to do so, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights or when compelled by a court or other government entity to do so.

Although your information collected by The Website is kept secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

Email is not recognised as a secure medium of communication and therefore we advise that doing so is at your own risk. Credit Card details and other delicate information are never transferred via email. 

For security reasons WFS may use software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to enter or change information or cause any damage. 

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

WFS reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy at any time. You should check this policy periodically when entering our Website. Your continued use of the Website after any updates to the policy will be taken as your acknowledgement of the changes and your agreement to the updated policy. Any changes or updates will be incorporated into the policy and will form part of this Privacy Policy.

ii)                   to object to the processing of your information if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than with your consent;

iii)                 to learn if information is being processed by us, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the information undergoing processing;

iv)                 to verify the accuracy of your information and ask for it to be updated or corrected;

v)                   under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your information, in which case, we will not process your information for any purpose other than storing it;

vi)                 under certain circumstances, to request that we remove your personal information;

vii)               to receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that your information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
